The real estate is a business that deals with the purchase or construction of homes, premises, buildings and land, in order to sell or rent them. Property is the acquisition of a home, premises or land for personal purposes, which are not for negotiation since it is something familiar.
There's slight difference between real estate and property. Property can be anything that can generate profit (e.g Vehicle, Ship etc) but real estate has to do with structures/Building.
