Creative commons is a license on intellectual property that allows you to use the material anyway you want, including for commercial use. For instance, stock videos and photos have creative commons license. I have not done it myself but I frequently hear that you can download creative commons videos from youtube and then reupload on your youtube channel or other video platforms, Rumble for instance and make money. This method is a legitimate way to make money from videos without worrying about legal issues or creating your own content. Just be sure to only download videos that are copyright-free from YouTube.
