Corel draw and Photoshop are easy to use,also you could watch tutorial videos before working on these softwares.
as a beginner, you can even use paint, the free program in windows. many will laugh, but that program works wonders. if you want to learn something more complex, I recommend photoshop. video tutorials you can find on youtube as many as you want.

@MRizwan530 if you need a beautiful graphics of any kind. Use canva.com, it won't matter if you're a beginner or not.

Yes, that's right paint software is really complex and have many features but we don't believe.I use it occasionally to set and resize the image. You can try Photoshop, however, based on your name and feature, I guess you are based in a developing world. Photoshop is a costly software. If the price is your main concern, you can try GIMP, often regarded as free photoshop. I think you can find a student version of photoshop, which is relatively cheaper.
There are numbers of you tube channels that provide teachings services freely on graphics designing, you may join these courses freely through videos tutorials. And there are also some websites that are giving textual tutorials.

Corel draw and Photoshop is one of the best app you can use for graphic design and photo editing they are all good but if you don't have any understanding about how they really work and how to create the perfect graphic you can just save your time and learn how they work from expert as they will show you all the deep secret on how to design and decorate graphic that can worth a lot of money and has a value, don't know if I might be saying the right thing
Graphic designing is a very good scale for which the best PC will be Core i5 and Core i7. It will be the best and it should have 8 GB of RAM. And Adobe Illustrator software will be good for this because it is a professional software and many people use it for their work.

If you the designing works you want to do is not that complex, you can download Corel draw on your system and use it to do the designing work. If the graphic work you want to do requires more effects, you can get yourself trial version of Adobe Illustrator and use it.

No doubt Adobe illustrator is a professional and good software and it can be downloaded freely from Google but I try to use this this is very difficult for beginners and I want software such as templates and other things which beginner can you use to make their project easily and software should be user-friendly not system friendly.
