I use energy drinks to stay more productive and it really helps but the flip side of the coin is very frequent headaches. But I don't have a choice because that's what increases my productivity. Have you had any problems after taking such drinks?

The only downside with me in regards to drinking them, is the potential crash if I have too much caffeine intake in the day. Though admittedly, I have had caffeine headaches from taking too much in one go, and my body is trying to process things.

I don't energy drinks, I don't remember when I drank energy drinks last time. If I want instant energy, I drink fruit juice instead.
