One of our advertisers was reselling one of our advertising networks onto Bizdustry for an agreed fixed fee. The advertiser was involved in fraudulent activity and the advertising network, including the advertising network has suffered a severe financial loss. We are not at liberty to disclose the exact amount or the partner in question, that was lost for our advertisers and partner, but we can assure that both A-Ads and Bizdustry are taking steps to avoid anything like this happening again in the future.
When you next logged in, you will be required to agree to the updated terms and conditions. Under clause 4.00 of the member agreement between "you" and "us", the following has been added, with immediate effect "Reselling of Advertising Networks - Effective from 14th September 2023 the re-sale of advertising networks including but not limited to A-Ads, Adsense, Cointraffic, Bitmedia is strictly prohibited for fraud prevention purposes. Anyone found doing this will not be entitled to a refund for the purchased period."
We would like to remind our members that any type of fraudulent activity or dishonest behavior's that results in financial loss will result in a report to the authorities and possible account suspensions. Such actions from individuals can effect our reputation so we have to take steps to ensure our reputation remains high.
