Do you guys have any weight loss resolutions for 2024? We're only on the fourth day of 2024 and already I'm slacking on my weight loss resolution. Who here is attempting to get back into fitness for their resolution? Do you have any big weight loss plans through the year? I'd love to lose 50-100 pounds in 2024. That would be crazy hard, but I think it's doable right?
