I would like to set up a tiny home on the outskirts of my property, and then maybe rent it out if I am no longer using it for a while. I want to first make it into a tiny home where I can make it into an office and area of work for me. But then I can see myself not always using it, so when not in use I could then rent it out. I hear some places in the US are allowing people to set up another house on their property, but it has to meet a certain sizing. So I figure it could be a good way to earn some extra income once it's all built and set up.
