Restaurant employees are the kind of people who prepare food for customers of the restaurants. This may also include many employees such as waiters, cooks, chefs, etc. They may work for a restaurant for a long time until the time they may get retired. So, do they also receive pensions?

I once owned a restaurant. Did I offer a pension, or any kind of retirement benefits, to my employees Well, no. I was operating a small restaurant and I was not in a position to offer a pension. However, if I had a big restaurant, or even a restaurant chain, I would have certainly offered a pension plan.
