I think it's the weekends, but I've had a withdrawal in LTC for 2 weekends and I don't get it

I know for us regular folks, the payout was once per month. Not sure regarding what Alex had updated the staff payout to be like, but I thought it was generally weekly.

The withdraw day for staff is every Saturday, while the withdraw day for VC’s is the 25th of each month.

While I try and prioritise this, sometimes it’ll be delayed.
