Do you listen to music everyday

I derive a lot of pleasure by listening to some music. Music gives inspiration and inner calmness. In resting moments, I love listening to cool music that drives me to the dream land.

But listening to music everyday from the last time I checked, stands negative.

So I was wondering if anyone can listen to music everyday?

Most days I'll listen to Spotify. I listen to different genres depending on what mood I'm in.

Yes, every day I listen to music, either on Youtube or Spotify, some days I listen more, other days less, it also depends on my mood really.

Yes, but not much. I have been on an education kick lately, so I am usually listening to podcasts or audio books.
